The mission of the Bethlehem Star Foundation (501(c)(3) pending) is to enhance public safety by supporting first responder training, wellness, and community engagement initiatives. The Foundation works to expand access to, and facilitate, professional development opportunities for emergency responders throughout Bethlehem and the Lehigh Valley, promote the physical and mental wellness of those who serve, and build partnerships that strengthen the capabilities of emergency responders across our communities.

In furtherance of its mission, the Foundation works in partnership with the Bethlehem Star Lodge #20 Fraternal Order of Police, other Fraternal Order of Police lodges, and first responder agencies, as well as additional community partners, to support initiatives that provide a broad public benefit.

In addition, the Foundation is committed to giving back to the community through meaningful engagement initiatives that foster positive relationships between first responders and the communities they protect and serve.
