3. You may elect to receive the cash value of $50 less than the prize identified above.
ALL gun winners are responsible for the costs of the PA State Police background check. CERTIFICATES MUST BE PRESENTED FOR REDEMPTION WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RECEIPT. PRIZES WILL BE FORFEITED AFTER THIS TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS.
