2024 Bethlehem Star Lodge #20 FOP Retirement Party |
|
On December 27, 2024, the Bethlehem Star Lodge #20 FOP will be proudly hosting its annual Retirement Party at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem, a momentous occasion to honor the careers and sacrifices of six distinguished members who have each devoted over 20 years of service to the Bethlehem Police Department. This celebration not only acknowledges their retirement but also highlights the enduring dedication, courage, and resilience that comes with a life in law enforcement.
The invited retirees for this year include:
- Brother Thomas Galloway #344
- Brother Douglas Nothstein #351
- Brother Jon Buskirk #353
- Brother Chad Wasserman #354
- Brother Bradford Jones #355
- Brother Jeffrey Lutte #356
Each of these brothers has spent two decades or more in the line of duty, facing the daily challenges that come with protecting the community. From late-night shifts, time away from family, and responding to the unknown, their careers have been marked by moments of bravery, perseverance, and commitment to public safety. The retirement of these officers is a significant milestone, and we honor not just the service they have given but the sacrifices they have made—sacrifices that extend beyond the individual to their families, who supported them through the years.
